Case report on photophobia treated with acupuncture

Abstract
|
|
|
Objectives：The purpose of this study is to report that acupuncture can be a effective treatment for chronic photophobia.
Methods：The patients were treated with acupuncture at ST36 and LR3, with frequency of once or twice a week.
Results：In all patients, photophobia has been ameliorated satisfactorily, and in addition, dyspepsia and headache were reduced markedly.
Conclusions：Acupuncture can be considered as a useful treatment for photophobia.
